Licensing delays with new subscriptions to Project Pro for Office 365

We have heard from a few customers trying to use their newly assigned licenses for Project Pro for Office 365 that they are getting errors such as:

  • The account <account name> isn’t associated with this Office product
  • The products we found in your account can’t be used to activate Project Pro for Office 365

See the blog post over at for full details, but the suggestion is that a current provisioning delay could mean you need to wait 24 hours.  There are a couple more workarounds to try on that blog post too.
